Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Support person to join our team. In this role, you will perform variety of clerical and administrative support in our office and delivery department as well as backing up our retail team. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, miscellaneous office duties, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.  

Responsibilities 
  • Preform relevant office procedures
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Greet and assist clients 
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar 
  • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
  • Perform basic bookkeeping activities
  • Contribute to company reports
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude
Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree or administrative training is preferred
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excell
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
